BLAHOM is Coming!

As we move ever closer to the release of Book I A Warrior Goddess, wanted to drop some news here–which I’ll be doing as updates and new items roll in. But before I jump in, I want to tell you a little more about what inspired me to write BLAHOM, and why I feel so strongly that this is an important story to share. 

The idea for BLAHOM grew from my performances as @BlackHollywoodMarilyn and holds a truly special place for me in the catalog of my work. When I thought about Black Hollywood Marilyn, in all of her cabaret goddess glory, I often found myself wondering where she came from, what I could learn by bringing her origin story to life, and what sharing it would reveal about the role and importance of the black goddess in the stories we read and share. I could not be any more excited for you all to read it–and then sit eagerly waiting for the second and third books in the series to follow.
